Elektrim Motors & Machinery Pte Ltd motors are designed
and manufactured from consumers demanding expectation for
high performance, high efficiency and high reliability. Every
motor are tested to ensure that it meets these requirements.
The three phase motors are available in frame 63 to 400 and
have rated outputs ranging from 0.18 kw to 400 kw.
Standards
Designed according to the respective IEC Standards of output
ratings and mounting dimensions.
Insulation
Standard motors are manufactured to insulation class F. Class
H insulation may be made upon request.
Enclosure
Standard protection is IP 55. For IP 56 and IP 65 protection,
it may be made upon request.
Voltage
Standard motors on 50 Hz supply can be spot wound for either
380V or 415V. They are designed to operate within ±5%
of the rated voltage. 60 Hz supply is also available upon
request.
Motor Housing
The housing are made of cast iron to maximize rigidity and
robustness.
Cooling
Standard motors are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled IC 0414.
Rotor and Shaft
Rotors are cast from aluminum and are dynamically balanced.
All motor shafts have a drilled and tapped hole at the drive-end.
Bearing
Standard motors are all equipped with ball bearings (SKF,
NSK or NTN). Roller bearings may be supplied upon request.
Terminal Box
The standard position of the terminal box is at the top for
easy connections for all sizes.

Rating
